The Exclusive plan covers almost all mechanical and electrical components. Rather than listing what is covered, the policy lists what is not covered - everything else is included.

How cover works
The Premier plan covers the specific named components listed below for mechanical and electrical failure. Older vehicles or higher-mileage vehicles that don't qualify for Exclusive can still access broad protection under Premier.

The following components are also covered for wear and tear - up to 110,000 miles and 10 years, whichever is sooner:

Excluded from all plans (service and maintenance items)
Brake fluid, air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, engine oil, spark plugs, brake pads and discs (as service items), exhaust pipes, tyres, wiper blades, clutch friction plate (as a wear item), and timing belt/cambelt as a scheduled service item.
Zero Emission Ready
Both the Premier and Exclusive plans include cover for hybrid and electric vehicle components in addition to standard mechanical and electrical cover. No separate policy needed.

As the UK transitions toward electrification, your warranty moves with it. Whether your vehicle is purely electric, a plug-in hybrid, or a mild hybrid, Premier and Exclusive both include the high-voltage components that define modern EV ownership.

Claiming
Submit a repair request using the online claims form at warrantyfirst.co.uk. Do not attempt to drive the vehicle further as this could cause additional damage to other components.
Take your vehicle to any VAT-registered garage in the UK for a diagnosis. They will complete the diagnostic form and send it to Warranty First within 14 days of the repair request being made.
Once authorised, Warranty First covers the cost of parts, labour, and VAT for the approved repair. You pay any excess contribution stated in your plan schedule.
Optional Upgrade
An optional roadside recovery upgrade is available on all plans. If you break down anywhere in the UK, call NCI Roadside Assistance on 01423 535786.
Important notes
The recovery option must be selected at the time your plan is taken out. It cannot be added later.

The recovery cover runs alongside your repair plan for the same duration.
